For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.   We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, soIf the goods have already been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified .   Please contact us immediately at service@qvqsyt.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

qvqsyt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Return & Refund Process 
Step 1: Submit a Return Request

    Log in to your website account and go to "My Orders".
  2. 2.
    Locate the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Request Return" or "Apply for Refund".
  3. 3.
    Select the reason for your return and upload photos or a video for reference (e.g., showing any issues with the product).

    Submit your request and await our review. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing return instructions.
Step 2: Ship the Item Back

    Securely place the item, including all original tags, packaging, and any filler materials, back into its original packaging or a suitable alternative box.
  2. 2.
    Strongly Recommended: Take a photo of your packed return parcel and keep your shipping receipt as proof of postage.
  3. 3.
    Ship the package to the return address we provide.
  4. 4.
    Important Note: Please do not use the original branded shipping box (the one with our logo) as the outer return package, to avoid exposing the product details during transit. Please use a plain cardboard box for resealing.
Step 3: We Inspect the Returned Item

    After we receive your return package, our warehouse will perform a quality inspection within 3-5 business days.
  2. 2.
    Once the inspection is passed, we will notify you via email.
  3. 3.
    If the item does not meet the return conditions (e.g., has damage not present originally, is missing parts/tags, shows signs of wear, etc.), we will contact you via email or phone to discuss the next steps, which may involve returning the item back to you.
Step 4: Process the Refund
After the return passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the order within 7 business days.
  • Refund Timing: The refund will be credited back to your original payment account. Please note that it can take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's policies.
  • Refund Amount: We will refund the full item price of the returned product(s). Please note: The original shipping cost and the return shipping cost are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
